ALL Breakfast Club bookings need to be booked and paid for in advance. This is essential to ensure sufficient staff are present to safeguard the children attending and that enough breakfast food items are available.
We do understand that some parents/carers work complicated shift patterns however, ALL bookings must be made and paid for by 12.00 on the Friday of the week before and the booking window will close promptly each Friday at this time.
Breakfast Club sessions will still start at 7:30am and will run until 8.30am. Breakfast is available if your children wish to eat at the club. We offer a selection of juice, cereals, crumpets, and buttered toast with the optional addition of jam or Marmite. We stop serving food at 8.20am. If children arrive after 8:20am food will not be provided.
Cancellation of a session:
If you have booked and paid for a session at the club and then need to cancel it, you will still be charged the full amount for that session.
Cancellation of a session due to school closure:
If you have booked and paid for a session at the club and the school is forced to close (e.g., a snow day), you will be refunded the full amount for that session.
Fees and Payment
We are a non-profit making organisation.
All fees are reviewed annually, with a small increase to costs usually being made in September.
Cost per Breakfast Club session is £3.00.
